Architect J.K. Jain is a leading architect, real estate developer, and investor in India. He has been featured among the list of Eminent Personalities of India compiled by IBRF and conferred the title of Udyog Bandhu by the Government of India. He is a former colleague, disciple and follower of the renowned architect Joseph Allen Stein.

Over a career spanning four decades, he has conceptualized and delivered more than 125 residential, commercial, industrial, educational, and healthcare projects, working across the roles of consultant, architect, project manager, contractor, developer, and investor. His work reflects extensive experience across the built environment, from design and construction to real estate development and investment. He is renowned for pioneering work on green buildings and home automation in India.

He graduated from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Roorkee with a B.Arch. and has attended executive programs at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Columbia Business School. He is a Fellow of the Indian Institute of Architects, an International Associate Member of the American Institute of Architects, and a member of the Indian Institute of Valuers and the Indian Council of Arbitration.

He has been honored with Fellow Membership by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and has served as an advisor to the Delhi Urban Arts Commission. He is also actively involved in public service through the Just Solve Foundation.

 

Mr. Arihant Jain is an entrepreneur, real estate developer, and investor across property and technology. He provides strategic leadership across DASNAC’s businesses and investments between India and Europe. He spearheaded the Washington State Investment Board’s investment into DASNAC’s BSE-listed instruments through its Netherlands-based platform, leading this investment from inception through to a successful exit for the investors.

Over the course of his career, Arihant has undertaken assignments spanning real estate, infrastructure, private equity, pension and sovereign wealth funds, technology, agribusiness, and precious metals. He has worked with Zanbato, Inc. in Mountain View, California; CBRE Strategic Consulting in New Delhi; and the Godrej Group in Mumbai. He has also undertaken strategic projects for Oxford Financial Management Advisors in Stanford, California; Parsons Brinckerhoff in San Francisco; and IL&FS Investment Managers in Mumbai.

Arihant graduated from Stanford University with a BS in Management Science & Engineering, specializing in Financial and Decision Engineering. He also studied Infrastructure Finance and Real Estate Investment Management at Stanford Graduate School of Business and Language at Yale University. His work has been featured on the cover of the World Poverty and Human Rights Journal.

He has been conferred the prestigious 'Economic Times Leadership Excellence Award' for Real Estate. His professional and institutional affiliations have included the Stanford Global Projects Center, GRI, ANREV, Indian Angel Network, and Stanford Angels. He serves on the Board of the Stanford Club of India as its Past President. He is also actively engaged in public service through the Just Solve Foundation.
